Your responsibilities

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the two cutting-edge mobile applications focused on women's healthy and happy journey into motherhood. Your expertise in mobile application development, user experience, and best coding practices will directly impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of women in Germany and Europe. You will collaborate closely with the product team, design team, and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive technical excellence.

Lead the end-to-end development of iOS and Android applications (frontend) using React Native and Flutter, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and responsive user interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and refine product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the development team.
Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and application performance through code reviews, automated testing, and optimization techniques.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for the integration of new tools and frameworks that enhance product development efficiency.
Work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making to support scalability and maintainability.

Your qualifications

Proven track record of developing and launching successful iOS and Android applications with a strong portfolio showcasing your mobile development expertise.
Extensive experience in mobile application development using React Native and Flutter.
Deep understanding of mobile user experience principles, design patterns, and responsive UI/UX.
Familiarity with native development Swift and/or Kotlin/Java is a plus.
Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Interest in women's health, technology, and a desire to make a positive impact on women's lives.
